The militants of the Taliban movement (the movement is banned in the Russian Federation as a terrorist one) arrange reprisals against the residents of Panjshir, we are talking about "murders and acts of revenge". This is reported by Sputnik Afghanistan with reference to the Twitter account of representatives of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan.
It is claimed that the Taliban drove thousands of people from their homes. In addition, the resistance became aware that food and medicines are not being delivered to Panjshir.
Twitter also posted footage allegedly taken at the scene. The video shows a queue of cars, in which, presumably, residents of the region leave it. In the same recording, the rebels criticized the international community for its unwillingness to help the civilians of Panjshir.
"The war will not stop, and the chain of resistance will continue," the publication of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan says.
On September 6, it became known that the Taliban had taken the rebellious province of Panjshir and defeated the national resistance forces led by Ahmad Masood. However, later the rebels denied their defeat and announced the beginning of a guerrilla war against terrorists.
