Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that he spoke with US President Joe Biden in Rome, where the G20 summit is taking place. About this on Sunday, October 31, writes RT.
The Minister clarified that the conversation took place over lunch the day before, on October 30. He also noted that he had not yet met with the Secretary of State of the United States Anthony Blinken.
Earlier, Lavrov also stated the unwillingness of the North Atlantic Alliance to establish a dialogue with Moscow. The diplomat noted that NATO is playing "very dangerous games", trying to expand to the whole world, and Russia will do everything to counter such trends.
The G20 summit is being held in Rome on October 30-31. On October 31, the COP 26 International Climate Conference begins in Glasgow, UK. It will last until November 12.
