"Since the war has come to an end, the countries of the world should also make positive changes in their relations and approach to Afghanistan," he said. At the plenary session of the XVIII annual meeting of the Valdai Club, Vladimir Putin said that Russia is considering plans to remove the Taliban from the official list of terrorists.
