Czech President Milos Zeman is in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Central Military Hospital (CVH) in Prague for patients who inevitably have a failure of basic vital functions. This is reported by Idnes.
According to the publication, the politician's condition is stable. He is being watched by a medical team specializing in intensive care. It also became known that the meeting of the president with Prime Minister Andrei Babish scheduled for Wednesday has been canceled.
The newspaper reports that the Czech leader is in the highest level of intensive care. Patients are placed there in a state of ongoing violation of one or more vital functions, that is, those
who have a direct threat to life.
Zeman was hospitalized on October 10, Sunday. The reason for hospitalization is unknown. The director of the CVG and the attending physician of the president, Professor Miroslav Zavoral, refused to disclose the patient's diagnosis.
This is not the first hospitalization of a politician this year. The last time 77-year-old Zeman was hospitalized in September. Then it was noted that the cause was dehydration and slight exhaustion of the head of state.
