At the end of January 2018, Lukashenka signed a decree, which provides for the abolition of the "parasite" tax from the unemployed. According to the norms of the new decree, the tax for financing public expenditures will not be collected from able-bodied non-working citizens. However, they will have to pay in full for a number of services.
